3 Things That Make Chick-fil-A Super Successful

Whatsup Digital Hustlers?

"The company generates more revenue per restaurant than any other fast-food chain in the US, according to QSR magazine." - Business Insider

Chick-Fi-La seems to be the spot that consumers can't get enough of. They are fast, friendly and the food is actually tasty. It's crazy to see, but there is ALWAYS a line at Chick-Fil-A. They are always busy. It makes you wonder . are they giving out free food or something, but no it's just chicken. So what makes the restaurant so popular and profitable? In my opinion, it consists of 3 elements that every entrepreneur can take and apply to their business model.

1. Find a weakness in your competition and DOMINATE IT. Chick-fil-A is FAST and has EXCELLENT CUSTOMER service. Something that is missing from most fast food restaurants. Their chicken isn't the best but their customer service is.  You know that this is the culture of the company because no matter which location you visit the experience is the same. So this tells me that you can have the same products as someone else but if you hone in on an industry weakness, you can win!

2. MASTER one thing. You don’t have to do a lot of things to be successful but be GREAT at one thing. They do Chicken. Not chicken, burgers, and hot dogs. THEY DO CHICKEN. Find that one thing that you can do well and DO THAT. Often times we think we need to “offer more options” in order to win. In actuality, the more options you have the harder it is for the consumer to chose. It’s a thing called “over choice” where people get overwhelmed and have anxiety when there are TOO many options. LESS IS ALWAYS MORE.

3. Chick-fil-A marketing is funny and amazing. I always anticipate their billboards. It's interesting because I don't see as many commercials as billboard ads. Once again they take a different approach to their marketing. Happiness is a feel-good emotion. Your marketing doesn’t have to be HARDCORE or "super professional" to send a message.

I will end this with the quote from the two famous cows of Chick-fil-a,  "Eat mor chikin".
